As a Sophomore:  Larrya played in all 27 games last year and started 10 contests, including the last seven of the year.  She averaged 4.2 points and 2.9 rebounds, but was generally regarded as one of the team's best defenders.  This statement can be backed up in the fact that she finished second on the team in steals with 43.  She was honored at the team's banquet in April as co - winner of the Lady Colonels’ Most Improved Player for the 1998-99 season.  Larrya saved her best for last as her top scoring night of the year came in the season’s finale when she hit 6-9 from the field, 1-4 three pointers and 1-2 from the free throw line in scoring 14 points in the OVC Tournament opener against UT Martin. She also was third on the team  in assists with 60, while averaging 17.4 minutes of playing time per game.

As a Freshman: Larrya saw action in eight games that season, averaging 0.4 points and 0.5 rebounds in 3.0 minutes of action per game.  She was recovering from a knee injury suffered in high school.

At Central Hardin High School:  Larrya was named All State by the Courier Journal her senior season.  She averaged 21 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two assists per game.
