At Forest High School: Teresa averaged 20.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 7.2 steals and 4.2 assists for coach Dave Horner at Forest High last season. She was also selected to the first team of the Class 5A All State squad by the Florida Sports Writers Association for the 1998-99 season. She was an All Area MVP in 1999 and a first team All Area choice in 1998.  She started at point guard in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association All Star Game for the North All Stars this past year.  Teresa was the state 400 meter champion as a sophomore, running a 56.4 in the state finals. She was also selected for the honor of Ms. Forest High School, a title that was voted on by her classmates in school.
