Lisa Pace, a native of Huntsville, TN, joins the EKU coaching staff after spending the 1998-1999 season as an assistant coach for Model High School and head coach for the junior varsity and middle school teams.  Previous to this, she played four years for the EKU Lady Colonels.

Playing in all 113 games that Eastern competed in her four years at EKU, Pace scored 683 points (6.0 pg.) and recorded 346 rebounds (3.1 pg.).  She made 131 three-point baskets (35.1 %), had 159 assists and 107 steals at Eastern.

Pace was a member of the 1997 OVC champion Lady Colonel team that went to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history, the 1998 OVC co-champions and the 1995  OVC quad-champions.  During her stay, the Lady Colonels were 74-39, including a school-record 24-6 in 1997 and an OVC-record 16-2 the same year.

As a sophomore, Pace led the OVC in three-point percentage at .397 (52-131).  While at EKU, she majored in Physical Education / K-12.
